I reached out to AZ Preferred Plumbing, LLC for a slab leak. Anthony came out to assess the leak, along with his leak detection technician. They did an amazing job of detecting the exact location of the leak, since there was no sign of water anywhere; just the sound of running water. Anthony was very knowledgeable, professional and did a great job of repairing the leaky pipe. I highly recommend AZ Preferred Plumbing, LLC for all your plumbing needs! Thank you, Anthony, for doing such a great job!

They came and worked on the leak the same day I called. The next day, a Saturday, the unit began to leak again. I figured it would be a few days before they would come back since it was the weekend. They came out that day and fixed the leak no charge and it hasn't leaked since. They stood behind their work no questions asked. They are trustworthy and reliable. I would definitely hire them again.

Our water heater unexpectedly went out, and for three days I contacted 5 businesses to compare prices and quality of materials. AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC was not only responsive and affordable but quick to replace our water heater the SAME DAY. David R P installed our new heater and was such a pleasant individual. We are grateful for his prompt arrival and for answering all of our questions/concerns.

I called in the morning, Mario came within an hour, and immediately diagnosed the problem with the heater and got to work. He replaced everything in record time and was a pleasure to work with the entire time. I know ideally you only replace your water heater every 7-10 years, but I look forward to that time so I can have such an easy and pleasant experience. And hey, you get to celebrate after with a hot shower… not bad.

I have an annual service contract with them for spring and fall servicing of my heating and air unit. They are punctual, and their service is outstanding. They are family friendly and work with the client on their schedules and billing.
